How do I return an item?

We guarantee our products 100%. We will gladly accept exchanges, refunds or returns (less shipping cost) for any UltraLuxe products upon receiving the item within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact Customer Service at frontdesk@ultraluxeskincare.com or call 1.855.366.8102 ext. 221 to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
