Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please follow the simple instructions below:

- To make it easy, place the item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
- Clearly label the outside of the package (under the return address) with your RMA number obtained from an UltraLuxe Customer Service representative.
